| Overview: The LZ-type triple-wire rope bar screen cleaner is a solid-liquid separation and debris removal equipment designed by our company for large and medium-sized water intake structures. It was patented in China in 1999, thus receiving intellectual property protection. Considering the high load characteristics of large water intake structures, the design incorporates a large-capacity bucket to rake out debris from the water. Two of the three wire ropes, driven by the main motor, slowly and steadily lift the rake bucket to the discharge port. The middle wire rope, driven by a differential motor, flips the rake bucket and, in coordination with the scraping mechanism, removes the screened residue to achieve debris removal. The three wire ropes work in默契配合 through sensors, allowing the rake bucket to open and close freely. This equipment is widely applicable in large and medium-sized water treatment plants; rain and sewage lift pump stations; wastewater treatment plants; power plant intakes, etc., to intercept and remove large floating debris and settleable solids from water, protecting pump impellers and reducing the load on subsequent process equipment. Performance Features: 1. Unique frame structure, divided into two parts: the lower part integrates with the screen bars to intercept debris, while the upper part houses the lifting transmission device. The drums for the three wire ropes are installed on the inclined surface of the upper frame, ensuring compact structure. Sensors are installed at appropriate positions for safety and reliability. 2. Specialized large-capacity, heavy-duty "grab-type" rake bucket. Guided by rollers on both sides and pulled by two wire ropes, it ensures stable operation. 3. Thorough and complete discharge. A discharge scraper is installed at an appropriate position on the upper frame to effectively scrape the debris from the rake bucket into the discharge port. 4. The lifting and opening/closing of the rake bucket are driven by two independently operating gear reduction motors. Under the control system, they perform the debris removal operation in a set sequence. 5. Electrical control: PLC can control automatic operation based on liquid level detectors before and after the screen; it can also be set for timed control; it provides a PLC interface for remote control; and includes a manual switch on-site for manual operation. Simple, flexible, safe, and reliable operation. 6. Equipped with emergency stop, various fault displays, and alarm functions to prevent accidents.
